TERMS & CONDITIONS of SUNFOS ALESSIA YACHTING

You have to accept our Terms and Conditions to place your booking. Your payment will appear as SUNFOS ALESSIA YACHTING on your credit card statement. If you have any inquiry or you need to cancel this order, please contact Sunfos Alessia Yachting as soon as possible.

GROUP SAILING CRUISES:
1) Combo Cruise to Rhenia & Guided Tour of Delos (7hrs)

What is Included:

  • Sailing yacht for 7 hours + crew
  • Licensed English-Speaking Guide at the archaeological site of Delos (approx. 1½ hr disposal)
  • Lunch freshly cooked on board
  • Complimentary white and rosé house wine, soft drinks, bottled water and instant coffee/ tea
  • Complimentary snorkeling gear (mask, snorkel and fins) and floating noodles
  • Farewell shot drink
  • Free Wifi
  • All safety equipment
  • Fuel
  • Taxes

What is Not Included:

  • Pick-up and drop-off shuttle service (optional and available upon your request, after booking)
  • Entrance fees at the archaeological site of Delos (Euro 20,00 per person payable by cash on site)
  • Wireless radio device for the guided tour of Delos *complimentary if provided and subject to fees for any loss or damage
  • Beach towels (available for rental on board)  
  • Gratuities at guests’ discretion
  • Anything else not clearly mentioned under “What is Included”


2) Sunset Sail to Rhenia & Mykonos Beach Safari (5hrs)

What is Included:

  • Sailing yacht cruise for 5 hours + crew
  • Early-dinner on board buffet
  • Complimentary white and rosé house wine, beers, soft drinks, bottled water and instant coffee/ tea
  • Complimentary snorkeling gear (mask, snorkel and fins) and floating noodles
  • Farewell shot drink
  • Free Wifi
  • All safety equipment
  • Fuel
  • Taxes

What is Not Included:

  • Pick-up and drop-off shuttle service (optional and available upon your request, after booking)
  • Beach towels (available for rental on board)  
  • Gratuities at guests’ discretion

3) The Primo Sailing Yacht Escape to the hidden Dragonisi Islet (5hrs)

*restricted to participants from 12 years old and over
**non-accessible to cases of reduced physical mobility, health restrictions and pregnancy

What is Included:

  • Sailing Yacht Cruise for 5 hours + crew
  • Lunch of Greek Souvlaki (pork/chicken meat skewer, yogurt, parsley, sliced tomato and onion wrapped in a rolled pita bread)
  • Complimentary white and rosé house wine, beers, soft drinks, bottled water and instant coffee/ tea
  • Complimentary pick-up and drop-off shuttle service
  • Complimentary snorkeling gear (mask, snorkel and fins) and floating noodles
  • Farewell shot drink
  • All safety equipment
  • Fuel
  • Taxes

What is Not Included:

DETAILS ON MEETING POINT:
• Meeting point is subject to change and to be confirmed the day before depending on the current weather conditions and on the finalized embarkation point.
• Pick-up and drop-off shuttle service for the group sailing cruises, when provided, is arranged either from/to the hotel or the closest designated meeting point according to the location of the accommodation. This is a shared transportation that includes stops at multiple hotels/meeting points with maximum waiting time 02 mins per stop and if missed, you will need to call us to find out where the embarkation point is for the participant to reach by his/her own means and charges.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR GROUP SAILING CRUISES:
• From 48 hours to non-show on cruise date, 100% cancellation fees are applied.
• Applicable only for bookings of 06 guests and over: up to 49 hours prior to the cruise date, 30% non-refundable.
• In case of missed transportation of the shuttle service, when provided, no refund will be applied by Sunfos Alessia Yachting.
• In case of cancellation by Sunfos Alessia Yachting due to bad weather condition or any extraordinary event that prevent from performing the cruise, all reservations will be automatically moved to the next available date or to the suggested alternative cruise itinerary. If neither option is available, a refund will be issued.
• Due to weather conditions and operational reasons, Sunfos Alessia Yachting has the right within 24hrs prior to the cruise date to change the embarkation/disembarkation point of the cruise and the relative meeting or pick-up details (time and point). Notice will be given in due time.

SPECIAL TERMS:
• Good health is necessary and moderate physical fitness level matches to the sailing cruise requirements. Cases of pregnancy, mobility and health restrictions must be advised before reservation and are subject to reconfirmation in order to ensure a safe participation of the passenger on cruise. If neglected to inform, Sunfos Alessia Yachting reserves the right to deny the passenger’s embarkation and no refund will be granted within the cancellation period.*
*SOS: The sailing program "The Primo Sailing Yacht Escape to the hidden Dragonisi Islet" is NOT accessible to cases with reduced physical mobility, health restrictions and pregnancy.
• Under no circumstances may participants take part to the sailing cruises while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, psychiatric drugs or anything else similar. Participants are obliged to fulfil the terms of participation and agree to strictly follow the instructions of Sunfos Alessia Yachting and the crew. If the Terms of Participation are not fulfilled or if instructions are disregarded, Sunfos Alessia Yachting reserves the right to prohibit embarkation and no refund will apply.
• Due to weather conditions and operational reasons, Sunfos Alessia Yachting reserves the right to alter the sailing route order without any previous order.
• It is highly recommended to schedule your cruise date at the beginning of the stay in Mykonos, especially for short stay vacation planners, in order to have alternative available dates in case of cancellations due to bad weather.
• The size and type of sailing yacht operating the cruise is allocated by Sunfos Alessia Yachting according to the current weather conditions and the number of participants so as to ensure a safe and comfortable sailing experience.
• The group sailing cruises require a minimum number of participants. If canceled because the minimum is not met, you will be offered a different date / cruise itinerary if available or a full refund.

TERMS OF PARTICIPATION AND OBLIGATION OF THE PARTICIPANT:
• All passengers must provide their valid passport details (full name, passport number, nationality and date of birth) upon reservation as requested by Mykonos Port Authorities. If not received the booking will not be considered confirmed and passengers will not be allowed to embark.
• All passengers are required to present a valid passport or ID card (original, copy or image) upon embarkation.
• Passengers are barefoot on board. Closed non-slip shoes (deck shoes/sports shoes) are recommended for exploring the site of Delos on foot with comfort and safety. No high-heeled shoes and sandals/flip flops allowed on the yacht. Advisable is to bring swimsuit, sun hat, sunglasses, beach towel and plenty of sunscreen. Highly recommended to bring a windbreaker-waterproof jacket to prevent from getting wet during the windy days as well as warm and spare clothes during the cool months in early or late season (April to May & September to October).
• In case of stomach sensibility, we advise to have a conservative breakfast consisted of dry food and not so much liquids (i.e. avoid orange juice). Motion sickness medication is not provided on board.
• Cases of dietary restrictions (i.e. vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free) and/or food allergies must be notified very well in advance the cruise date as to ensure the appropriate meal.
• For passengers who disembark at the archaeological site of Delos, as respect for the sacred site, the dress code must be moderate wearing walk shorts, pants and t-shirts. The entrance to the site is not allowed by wearing only swimsuit or skimpy clothes. It is also highly recommended to wear a sun hat, sunglasses, plenty of sunscreen and long sleeves due to the strong sunlight reflecting on the ruins of Delos. Bottled water is provided before disembarkation for the guided tour.
• Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level.
• Children aged under 2 years old are complimentary.
• Wireless radio device might be provided during the guided tour of the archaeological site of Delos. Any loss or damage is subject to fees payable on spot upon device redelivery. The value of the entire device is Euro 150,00.

INSURANCE:
By law, the day-cruise capacity of the yachts is from 12 to 20 people per sailing yacht and 51 people maximum for the Motor-Sailer Yacht including the crew. The sailing yachts are fully covered by insurance for hull and machinery and for third party liability - death bodily damages, material damages and cause of sea pollution - caused on board of the sailing yacht. For any accident occurred not on board of the sailing yacht, the participants are not entitled to any coverage by Sunfos Alessia Yachting. Participants’ solely responsibility is to make sure that their health and accident insurance are sufficient for such coverage. Sunfos Alessia Yachting will accept no responsibility whatsoever in respect of loss or damage to personal belongings.

COVID-19:
Sunfos Alessia Yachting complies with guidelines of the health and safe protocol - available here - in accordance with applicable laws and will accept no responsibility whatsoever in respect of potential third-party injury claims in respect to Covid-19 pandemic.

PRIVACY POLICY:
Sunfos Alessia Yachting, herewith, confirms that all personal information provided by its customers will be used only and solely for the purpose of the service(s) booked. This information will be strictly kept confidential.

GOVERNING LAW:
These Terms and Conditions have been construed in accordance to the law of Greece. Any dispute arising directly or indirectly shall be submitted to the competent courts of Athens, which shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.
